My gift code isn't working. What do I do?

Don't worry — we'll get this sorted out! Here are a few things to try if your Sugarwish gift code isn't working:

  1. Try an incognito or private browser window. Browser extensions and cached data can sometimes interfere with the redemption page.

  2. Clear your cache and cookies, then try again in your regular browser.

  3. Double-check the code. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code, and that all characters are entered correctly.

  4. Try a different browser or device. If the issue persists, switching browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or devices can help rule out a local issue.

  5. Check if the code has expired. Sugarwish eCards are valid for 1 year from the send date. If yours has expired, reach out to the person who sent it — they may be able to extend it.
