Where can I ship a Sugarwish gift?

Sugarwish gifts can be sent worldwide!* Shipping to all U.S. states, territories (like Puerto Rico and Guam), and U.S. military bases is included in the price.

Exceptions for U.S. States and Territories:

Wine cannot ship to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia. Wine can also not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Gifts Available for International Shipping:

Candy & Snacks, Bakery & Cafe, Gourmet Goods & Spa*, Cocktail Mixers, and Branded Goods gifts are all available for international shipping.

*Some Gourmet Goods & Spa items may not be available for international recipients.

How do I send a Sugarwish gift worldwide? (See below if you have a Corporate Account.)

During the Add Recipients step, check the box labeled “Recipient Lives Outside the US” for each recipient who lives outside the US. This will add the applicable international shipping cost to their gift.

Forgot to select it before adding the eCard to your shopping cart? No worries! Click the three dots next to the gift and select Edit. From there, check “Recipient Lives Outside the US” for the appropriate recipient(s).

International shipping pricing is based on the size of the gift selected:

What if I have a Corporate Account? 

Great! We’ve made this super easy for you. To enable international shipping, visit Account Options > International Shipping and toggle the setting ON. When this option is turned on, your recipients can enter international addresses without any additional shipping costs at checkout. If your recipients do enter international addresses, we will bill your account for the additional shipping on those orders once they ship.

This setting applies immediately to all of your orders, including orders that have already been purchased, and will continue to apply to all future orders until it is disabled. So, if you forgot to enable international shipping before purchasing an order, no worries! You can enable it afterward, and it will still apply to that order.

If you disable this option, your recipients will only be able to enter addresses in the US, and you will not be charged for international shipping.
