Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sugarwish, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have a delightful experience. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, please get in touch with our dedicated Happiness Squad by submitting a ticket and we'll do everything we can to make it right.


If you need to cancel an eCard that hasn't been redeemed within one year, we offer the following options:

  • Sugarwish Credit: You may be eligible for a Sugarwish credit, minus a processing fee.*

  • Make-A-Wish® Donation: Alternatively, you have the opportunity to donate your unredeemed eCard to Make-A-Wish® to support a worthy cause.

For any further inquiries or clarifications, don't hesitate to contact our Happiness Squad or your dedicated Gift Concierge. 

*Per our policy, unredeemed eCards over one year old are not eligible for a Sugarwish Credit. Please contact our Happiness Squad by submitting a ticket if you wish to re-purpose the eCard for a new recipient, or have it donated to the Make-A-Wish® Foundation on your behalf.


For Corporate Accounts: 

You can now receive credit for your unredeemed Sugarwish eCards directly from your Happiness Dashboard!

To cancel an unredeemed eCard, start by navigating to the "My Orders" section of your Happiness Dashboard.

  1. Locate the unredeemed eCard you'd like to cancel. These will show as "Sent" in the status column.

  2. Click the three dots in the "Actions" column next to the eCard's status.

You'll have three options from here:

  • Resend Options: Resend the eCard to your recipient or copy a direct link to the eCard.

  • Change Expiration Date: Extend the expiration date to give your recipient a final chance to redeem the gift, and receive a credit for 90% of the gift's value once the eCard expires.*

  • Cancel eCard: Cancel the eCard immediately and receive a credit for 90% of the gift's value.*

*Credits are typically applied to your account by the next business day. You'll receive an email notification once the credit has been processed. eCards over 1 year old are ineligible for Sugarwish credit.
